Everyone on our team is experienced in working with bereaved families: you will receive outstanding support during your difficult time, and someone will always be available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Qualifications

There are no legal requirements for those working in the funeral profession to hold formal qualifications. Our industry has recognised this shortcoming and worked hard to create national qualifications through the Funeral Service Training Trust (FSTT).

Today, three qualifications exist: the National Diploma in Embalming, the National Diploma in Funeral Directing, and the National Diploma in Funeral Services (a conjoint qualification covering both embalming and funeral directing). We are proud of the fact that many of the Dil’s team have made the effort to gain these qualifications.
