Judy Nikoia – Catering Manager

Judy Nikoia has been catering manager since 1997, combining her position with an administrative role providing support to Gill McMenemy and our funeral directors.

She is often the first point of contact for visitors to our office at North Harbour and her catering role brings her into close contact with many clients.

As an aunt of managing director Stephen Dil, Judy’s presence on the team emphasises the ‘family’ atmosphere promoted by the company.

Prior to taking her place within the business, Judy was a children’s librarian for Waitakere City. She gained catering experience working in a bakery, helping with many social functions as an active member of her church and, as wife of Manu, mother to seven children and grandmother to 32, Judy is well used to preparing and serving food for large numbers.

In her rare moments of spare time, Judy devours books and seeks solitude and peace from the busy life that goes with a large family.
