What We Do

Coping with grief following a death is more than enough for anyone to deal with, so we assist our clients at this time by relieving them of the added stress of handling the many tasks that must be completed before a funeral.

Our funerals are personal: they are tailored to the individual, which means we will listen to you carefully to determine what you and others involved require, and strive to make it happen – with a minimum of fuss.

You can talk to us in the comfort of your own home, or at our offices – it’s up to you.

Some clients have a favourite funeral director who has conducted previous family funerals and we will do all we can to meet your request for particular staff members.

Modern funerals have become more complex, but, at Dil’s we are experts at making the complex seem simple. Ask us for help with matters such as choosing a celebrant, flowers and newspaper notices, catering, service sheets and audio visual equipment.

Whatever your requirements we will ensure that they are catered for.

We make a point of walking every one of our clients through the process. Most have had little or no experience, so we explain things as we go and answer every question.

We do encourage you and others involved to tell us exactly you what you want and then go out of our way to make those arrangements happen – exactly as requested.

Our philosophy is simple: ‘Nothing is too much trouble’.
