Estate Planning

estate planning

While we are not lawyers and don’t actually provide estate planning services we highly recommend that everyone has an up to date Will and has thought ahead about who will be left to organise your affairs once you have died. This will make the funeral process much easier to navigate.

When there is a dispute or disagreement in your family it will be the Executor of your Will that will be the person with the legal right to make final decisions about your funeral and who will give us our instructions.

We believe proper estate planning is essential for everyone, but especially where complex family arrangements exist such as blended families.

If you need assistance putting you affairs in order we suggest contacting your lawyer or a trustee organisation such as Public Trust who will be able to help you.
